As a runner, Certified Personal Trainer, and mother of
five including
two girls, I am very excited be starting Girls on the
Run in
the Marin County. Because of my BA in Child Psychology
I feel
that our girls deserve the best we can give them. I
started running
when I was eleven and I truly believe that my early
running experience
set the stage for my life long love of fitness. It
also gave
me a positive sense of self and the confidence to
follow my dreams.
